The patented "beer can chicken cooker" puts the moisture back into poultry that normal cooking takes out. By adding some of your favorite spices to the 1/2 can of beer, you can add subtle flavor to your next grilled bird, chicken, turkey, duck, etc. Place the bird vertically on the cooker, the can goes into the body cavity and the cooker supports the bird. On charcoal grills you bank the coals to the sides, remove the upper cooking grate and cook the bird on the lower grate. On gas grills you remove your swinging cooking grates and cook directly over the flame. Don't forget to order our Turkey/Chicken Injector and 3 oz. pack of marinate.
